Roamin' with Roman LLC Photo Tours and its employees will make every effort to provide tour participants with the safest and most enjoyable photographic environment.
Roamin' with Roman LLC Photo Tours will not be held liable for events beyond its control, such as but not limited to, problems with connecting travel, baggage loss before, during and after the tour, damage to, loss or theft of photographic equipment and other personal property, careless actions of suppliers of our accommodations, illness from meal suppliers, mechanical problems, weather problems and other acts of God, or other unforeseen actions which were not the act of gross or willful negligence by us. On all tours there is some risk that the participant will encounter, including but not limited to; attack by wild animals, heat or cold related injuries, medical emergencies, falls which result in sprains, cuts, and bruises, broken bones, or even death, arising from normal conduct on the tour. By signing up for the tour the participant is responsible for their actions and accepts these and other risks associated with these tours. Every effort will be made to warn the participant of potential danger but we will not be held liable for the actions of the participants on the tour or workshop.
By signing this form, you the participant do not hold Roamin' with Roman LLC or its employees liable for any injury or even death arising from your participation on a tour or workshop.
