Payment Schedule/Travel Insurance
Roamin' with Roman Photo Tours does not provide travel insurance.
US Tours; A $500 deposit is required to hold your slot and is nonrefundable unless I can fill your slot.
Balance is due 90 days prior to departure of the scheduled tour. The entire
balance becomes non-refundable at that point.
Tanzania Tour; A $1,500 deposit is required to hold a slot and is non
refundable unless I can fill that slot. Balance is due 120 days prior to
departure and is non re-fundable.
Full and Half Day Workshops; A $100 deposit is due upon enrolling with
the balance due 2 weeks prior to the workshop. Monies are non-refundable after payment has been received.
Roamin' with Roman LLC will only cancel a tour due to unforeseen
circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not met and will
provide a full refund of the deposit and balance. We will not be responsible
for additional expenses incurred by the traveler such as airline cancellation
fees, travel insurance fees, or other personal expenses associated with
getting to the tour but not listed here.
We strongly advise that all persons participating in a scheduled Roamin'
with Roman Photo Tour purchase travel insurance from an independent
company.
