Roamin' with Roman Photo Tours does not provide travel insurance.

If a client cancellation occurs 120 days or more prior to departure of the scheduled tour, all monies will be refunded.

If a client cancellation occurs between 91 - 119 days prior to departure of the scheduled tour, the $500 deposit will be forfeited but all other monies will be refunded.

If a client cancellation occurs 90 days prior to departure of the scheduled tour by the client, all monies will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

We strongly advise that all persons participating in a scheduled Roamin' with Roman Photo Tour purchase travel insurance from an independent company.

By signing below, you (the client) understand as a participant, that no refund will be given if the cancellation is made by you (the client) within 90 days of the scheduled tour date .
